Texas Computer Education Association Conference (TCEA) is a nonprofit, member-based organization that has supported the use of technology in education for the last 40 years. Illinois Digital Educators Alliance (IDEA) was formed in 1986 by a group of approximately thirty teachers as a statewide organization for computer-using educators.
