Is your institution preparing for a DEI audit of your library collections? Looking for insights into how to begin approaching such a large project? Join us for a two-part webinar series that covers the before and after of a successful DEI collection audit, featuring two college librarians who have just completed one.

Join librarians María Evelia Emerson and Lauryn Lehman as they discuss the use of audits as a tool for assessing diversity and inclusion within library collections. Having recently completed an audit at Augustana College in Illinois, María and Lauryn will present on their planning, processes, and assessment of their audit experience. Register for these free events and bring your questions!

In this second session of the two-part series, we will strive to answer the question, “So, you’ve done an audit and gathered data… now what?” Topics include:

  • How to create new policies or strategic priorities using the data gathered by a collection audit;
  • How to integrate ongoing assessment into collection development practices;
  • How to share your results with stakeholders, regardless of the audit’s outcomes;
  • and much more!
