Infobase is delighted to announce that a host of navigation and search enhancements have been made to the Academic eBook Subscription platform.
The modifications made to the overall navigation—including the search and browse results, the eBook reader, and the search technology—improve the way users find and interact with the eBook content.
The search and browse results have been enhanced with new filters, new breadcrumb trails for search results, and a convenient new series page with a record URL for all titles in a series.
The search improvements bring improved speed and relevancy. Plus, a new search widget has been added to the Administrative Portal; this convenient usage booster allows users to perform a search of the product from any website.

- Improved Home Page:
- Updated header, providing convenient access to the home page, search link, dictionary, Support Center, and My Bookmarks.
- New “Most Viewed” Slider, which displays a randomized list of titles from the 20 most viewed in an account. The order of the titles in this slider will change each time the user returns to or refreshes the home page.
- New Subject List: Users can now browse the full list of available subjects right from the home page and link directly to the areas that interest them—or use the “Subject Index” link in the footer.
