Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description

Infobase Holdings seeks an experienced and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.  This person will report to the Director of Human Resources and be responsible for the coordination of all recruiting related activities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Execute on active and passive candidates through sourcing channels including employee referrals, networking, DE&I job boards, internal and external databases for diverse talent
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to navigate seamlessly through the hiring process and ensure a thorough understanding of the technical requirements of each role
  • Identify current and future hiring needs by working closely with the executive team
  • Source candidates on LinkedIn/social media, conduct interviews, and filter candidates for open positions
  • Check references and coordinate the offer letter process
  • Enhance talent workflows, as well as research and recommend additional platforms to engage with target candidates

Skills & Experience:

  • 2 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment/Staffing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Ability to engage and build rapport quickly
  • High level of integrity and flexibility
  • Previous experience utilizing the internet, databases, applicant tracking systems, search engines and social media to source active and passive candidates.
  • Time management, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task across concurrent priority projects is essential
  • Experience with analytics and reporting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Google Documents and Outlook

Account Executive—Legal Recruitment Sales & Marketing

Description

Firsthand, an entity of Infobase Holdings, seeks an enthusiastic and business oriented Account Executive to join the Legal Recruitment Sales & Marketing team. The Account Executive will apply a consultative-based sales methodology to achieve their quarterly and annual goals within one of Firsthand’s most prestigious vertical: law.

This professional requires the ability to understand the importance of their client’s employer brand and the impacts of successful brand differentiation within Firsthand’s audience of elite, highly credentialed, in-demand law professionals and soon to be graduating law students. Law client relationships span from the top national and international law firms to smaller boutique and regional firms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • This is a client-facing role requiring industry expertise and ability to develop new sales techniques at a fast rate
  • Build and execute on quarterly goals within assigned territory and book of business
  • Become an expert in Firsthand’s recruitment strategies and best practices for law firms
  • Participate and drive sales efforts by phone, online demonstrations and face to face meetings
  • Grow new business with large and small law firms across the country
  • The Account Executive will work collaboratively with the Director of Sales in the law vertical both on client facing and internal goals
  • The AE will partner with Client Service team to maintain and build current client relationships

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • JD or Business-related degree preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, recruitment and/or the legal profession
  • This job may be a best fit for candidates that are currently selling or have recently sold for media/marketing companies, legal technology companies, or working in corporate recruitment
  • The ideal candidate will have current or recent experience with a consultative sales process and/or understanding of the legal recruiting space
  • Knowledge of employer branding and campus recruiting practices is a plus
  • Knowledge of the legal field is a plus

About The Role

As Firsthand’s Head of Rankings and Research, you will oversee a central part of our business. Each year, we survey nearly one hundred thousand young professionals to produce industry-leading company rankings and unique insights on workplace satisfaction and diversity. Your job will be to expand participation in our surveys, raise awareness for our rankings, elevate our research reports, and promote thought leadership in presentations, podcasts, articles and beyond. We’ll look to you for strategy and innovation on how to further strengthen our rankings and research as a competitive advantage. You’ll manage a team of research associates, be responsible for a research revenue stream, and report directly to Firsthand’s General Manager.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading all aspects of research including a P&L with ultimate accountability for project success and quality of work;
  • Synthesizing data and learnings into concise and persuasive storytelling for easy share-out in client meetings, conferences, student events, social media, articles, etc.;
  • Developing and implementing a strategic growth plan for research, including new methodologies, industry rankings and reviews, vendors, and technologies;
  • Managing, coaching, and growing the team of research analysts; and
  • Providing thought leadership in the areas of workplace insights, company culture, career readiness, employee engagement & retention, and the future of work

About You

Experience:

  • Undergraduate and/or Masters degree in a research-related field
  • 6+ years of experience in consumer strategy, consulting, research & insights or similar roles
  • Commercial experience and client-facing experience are required
  • Expertise in survey design, programming, statistical analysis, and data visualization
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining processes, workflow, and best-practices
  • Experience with Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Crowdlab, Meltwater, Power BI, or similar
  • Experience presenting to large audiences
  • Experience managing a team
  • Familiarity with the world of career readiness and recruiting
