K-12 Senior Sales Executive - Midwest/Central

Description

Infobase Holdings has an immediate need for a K-12 Senior Sales Executive/Business Development Executive located in the Midwest/Central US. This candidate will be responsible for the management of an assigned territory and the generation of new and cross-sale business for our subscription-based products in the K-12 school district market. Our growing subscription-based product line includes streaming video collections, online databases, and other instructional digital media. This role will report to the Director of Sales. Preferred candidates will reside within Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, or Tennessee.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Achieve sales goals through direct daily communication with decision-makers and influencers, including curriculum directors/ coordinators, district media directors, librarians and distance learning coordinators
  • Prospecting and lead generation through cold calls and marketing campaigns
  • Lead qualification and activity focus on generating new business
  • Growing existing book of business by cross-selling
  • Heavy phone, networking, and email communication as you prospect new leads and follow up
  • Devise and execute a strategic territory plan for evaluating and maximizing new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge for all K-12 brands and services
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations via onsite and Zoom

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in K-12 market; (ed tech sales a plus)

  • Ability to find funding sources, pivot quickly, and position IB resources to meet needs

Software Engineer - Full Stack (.Net MVC and React)

Description

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Software Engineer – Full Stack (.Net MVC and React) is an integral part of the Infobase IT team.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Create, maintain, and run unit tests for both new and as encountered pre-existing code, with a goal of delivering defect-free and well-tested code to QA.
  • Translate design assets to functional systems and front-end code.
  • Implement & optimize .NET server-side technologies
  • Debug software issues
  • Write and maintain documentation for new and encountered pre-existing feature

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of particle experience in .NET projects: .NET, ASP.NET MVC
  • Practical experience with developing, and maintaining both new and existing code, ranging from client-side development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, Bootstrap, to server-side code using C# and ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Windows services, and ADO.NET for data persistence and retrieval.
  • Full stack skill set is essential
  • Comfortable with OOP principles using typed languages (e.g. C#, TypeScript ).
  • Experience with modern JS frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Vue ).
  • Experience with NodeJS
  • Practical experience with Umbraco or other .Net CMS platform
  • Experience working in large-scale applications with multiple business domains, especially with an understanding of Domain-driven design (DDD)
  • Experience working with version control systems (especially Git, but alternatively SVN)
  • Experience writing testable, maintainable code, extensible, testable code, while being mindful of performance requirements
  • Experience with modern build processes (e.g. webpack.js ) and other automated deployment processes
  • Proficient in code analysis, code refactoring
  • Lambda and serverless AWS experience is a plus

Product Manager

Description

Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the Product Manager will own the vision and product strategy for assessing strategic investments in existing and new, innovative products. This person will be responsible for the creation and execution of product solutions from idea to market to ongoing adoption, usage, and profitability.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with content subject matter experts to inform strategic insights and align on priorities.
  • Validate target markets through market research and develop market opportunity briefs
  • Conduct competitive analysis to determine product goals, requirements, and pricing. Translate customer feedback and market trends into prioritized, clearly defined releases.
  • Determine customer needs and desires by specifying and conducting research needed to obtain market information relevant to product development and revision.
  • Drive and lead cross-functional teams to ensure delivery and implementation of products meets revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Investigate build, buy, or strategic partnerships options to fuel growth
  • Work closely with Client Success, Sales, and Marketing to drive product enhancements that can directly influence sales, conversion, retention, and cross/up-sell goals
  • Own the long-term product roadmap, including product enhancements, maintenance, and innovation for current and future products.
  • Develop and drive an effective product and solution development plan, implementation methodology and resourcing plan and create business cases for new products and services.

Customer Success Manager - Higher Education Markets

Description

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will work along with other CSMs and perform a variety of activities to support the ongoing success of the customers that they support within their designated territory and beyond. The CSM will focus on activities that develop and strengthen existing account relationships to ensure satisfaction of Infobase services, products and customer experience that drives retention and continued growth of existing partnerships.

This position reports to the Director of Customer Success for their market and is also under the leadership of the VP of Customer Success and Support.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as our main point of contact for current customers for onboarding, ongoing needs and support.
  • Monitor KPIs for account health and initiate interventions as warranted.
  • Conduct outreach on targeted accounts helping to boost value of resources and supply additional information on ways to promote usage, webinar schedules, etc.
  • Schedule and facilitate client trainings as needed
  • Collaborate with Sales team partners around key account strategy for VIP, large or at-risk clients. Also work collaboratively and creatively to manage overall territory revenue
  • Initiate and follow the identified renewal process for each account, and follow up on responses until closed.
  • Onboard new partners as well as existing customers with product additions
  • Work with other CSMs to maintain a repository of marketing materials, newsletters,help materials etc.
  • Collect testimonials from subscribers and disseminate to Marketing
  • Maintain accurate account information in our CRM (contacts, contracts, products, etc.)
  • Handle additional projects as assigned by team lead or director.
  • Other duties as determined by your manager or other organizational leadership

Skills and Experience:

  • A college degree, minimum Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Customer Success Manager - Law/Corporate Market

Description

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will work along with other CSMs and perform a variety of activities to support the ongoing success of the clients that they support within their designated territory and beyond. The CSM will focus on activities that develop and strengthen existing account relationships to ensure satisfaction of Infobase and Vault/Firsthand services, products and customer experience that drives retention and continued growth of existing partnerships.

This position reports to the Director of Customer Success for their market and is also under the leadership of the VP of Customer Success and Support.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as a main point of contact for current clients for onboarding, ongoing needs, contract fulfillment and support.
  • Check in on accounts and monitor their satisfaction and health
  • Schedule and facilitate client meetings as necessary (renewal, rankings release, etc.)
  • Collaborate with sales team partners around account strategies and work collaboratively and creatively to manage overall territory revenue
  • Work with other cross-functional departments to carry out client fulfillment, survey rankings activities, etc.
  • Initiate and follow the identified renewal and contracting process for each account, and follow up until closed.
  • Prepare presentation materials including collection of and interpretation of client data, renewal information, additional product elections, etc., in order to maximize partnerships and secure renewal business.
  • Onboard new partners as well as existing clients with product additions
  • Work with other CSMs to maintain a repository of sales materials, marketing collateral, help materials etc.
