Health Reference Center: Thousands of New Journal Articles Added

Infobase is pleased to announce that an impressive amount of authoritative new content was just added to the newly redesigned Health Reference Center—bringing the total number of articles in the database to more than 120,000.

The timely new content comes from acclaimed, high-level sources, including proprietary Infobase print health reference books, plus thousands of scholarly journal articles from PubMed Central and reference articles from MedlinePlus covering more than 950 diseases and conditions.

Users can click on “Sources” at the top of the page, and then on the new “Books and Journals” tab, to view the full list of journals from which the articles were added. The articles will appear in search results under the “Articles” tab; filters will allow users to narrow the results down further by either “Journal Article” or “Subject Entry.”

Here are some examples of the highly acclaimed health journals whose articles are now available through Health Reference Center:

  • Arthritis Research & Therapy
  • BMC Clinical Pathology
  • BMC Infectious Diseases
