Learn360: New Interactives from Learnetic

Looking for fresh new ways to engage your students in their science and math studies and increase their understanding of key concepts? Infobase is delighted to announce that 1,087 new interactive learning modules from Learnetic have just been added to Learn360, perfect for enhancing studies in Math, Biology, Earth Science, Environmental Science, Chemistry, and Physical Science.

What are Learnetic interactives?

Learnetic interactives are interactive lessons (1,087 in all!) on key topics in science and math—such as cell division, geological changes, wind energy, algebraic expressions, solving multi-step equations, and many more. Each self-paced lesson is organized into sections consisting of animations, video clips, slideshows, images, and diagrams, along with activities that challenge and test students’ learning of the subject matter. Simulations, games, and embedded assessments like these have been shown to help motivate students to learn and to improve their critical thinking.

The activities and quizzes in each section reinforce learning and allow students to test themselves by filling in tables and sentences using the drop-down menu, completing equations, labeling images, setting events in order, and more. Students can click the green circle with the checkmark to check their answers; a Lesson Report at the end of the interactive assesses the student’s work. Ideal for flipped classrooms and differentiated instruction!
