Infobase has added a convenient new feature for On Demand and Learn360 Account Administrators–the option to have their Usage Reports emailed to them automatically, on a recurring basis.

The one-time set-up in the Admin Portal takes less than a minute. Account Admins can choose whether they’d like the email sent monthly, at the end of the calendar year, or at the end of the academic year.

Recently, On Demand and Learn360 Account Administrators were given the ability to save any reports they create and access them from the “My Saved Reports” tab in the Admin Portal to rerun at any time. Reports are also available to be exported in CSV format as well as Excel (XLSX) format. Admins can easily choose their preferred format.
